Reimbursements and Expenses
The missions and programs of Westside have various expenses. To request a reimbursement or to have an church expense paid through the treasurer, please print this form, obtain approval if needed, and include receipts or invoices. Forms and documents can be turned into the church office for the treasurer, or scanned and submitted to treasurer@westsideuu.org
