The Buddhist Meditation group meets on Mondays, 10-11 am and Thursdays, 7-8 pm. We are now meeting in-person at Westside in the glass classroom as well as online via Zoom (see links below).
Join us to enjoy sitting meditation (silent or guided), a short reading, and thoughtful discussion. Beginners are most welcome! We hope to provide an oasis of quiet and calm during this stressful time.
